Individual One-on-One Session
Yoga is all about feeling good; feel the blood surging through your veins, the energy pulsating through your nerves, the bliss and peacefulness coursing through your whole being promoting overall well-being! Best of all, Yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, your physical condition, your race, creed or color.
I can assist you in reaching your specific goals, achieving overall wellness, or by addressing your specific health issues. Your personal yoga session can be customized for your relaxation, stress reduction, weight reduction or personal fitness. Treat your injuries or recovery from an illness – all at your own pace. Each session can be customized to help you progress and successfully treat your specific health issues.
This might be to, gain confidence for a group class, build strength, get a workout, become flexible, relax, learn more about yoga, de-stress or all of the above. Whatever it is I’m here to create a session specifically for you.
Sessions may include postures, breath work, guided meditation, mindfulness and massage depending on your needs.
I currently have space for 1-2 more regular clients (during the summertime) on my schedule.
