Your personal interests, needs, and way of learning will be taken into account, especially regarding your physical and emotional constitution. Yoga asana, Pranayama, correct alignment, Relaxation, Visualization & Meditation techniques can be used depending on each students interest.In the comfort of your home, at mine or wherever works best for you.
